At Prizims<\/strong>, we follow a no-refund policy<\/strong>. Every item you order is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before it reaches you. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and aim to deliver exactly what you see and expect. All our product photos are original, taken by our own team, so you\u2019ll receive the exact item you ordered.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there\u2019s an issue with your order, we\u2019re here to make it right.<\/p>

Faulty Item<\/strong><\/h3>

We rarely miss a flaw during our strict quality control checks, but in the unlikely event that we do, don\u2019t worry \u2014 we\u2019ve got you covered.
Contact us immediately with your order number<\/strong> and a photo of the faulty item<\/strong>, and our team will get back to you promptly.
Please reach out within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order. Once your claim is approved, we\u2019ll send you a replacement<\/strong> or store credit<\/strong>, depending on product availability.<\/p>

You\u2019ll need to return the faulty item in its original packaging<\/strong>, but rest assured, we\u2019ll cover the shipping cost<\/strong> in this case.<\/p>

Wrong Item<\/strong><\/h3>

If you happen to receive an item different from what you ordered (which is extremely rare), just send us your order number<\/strong> and a photo of the item<\/strong> via email or Instagram DM.
Once your claim is verified, we\u2019ll send out the correct item right away.<\/p>

You\u2019ll need to return the incorrect item in its original packaging<\/strong>, and we\u2019ll cover the return shipping cost<\/strong>.<\/p>
